About the Role

Our customers are central to our corporate mission and reason for our existence. Motis seeks to partner with our customers to help them transform their employee experience and business outcomes. Motis seeks a driven, professional and courteous Client Services Representative to own existing customer relationships and bring new clients on board. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain customer relationships, keep accurate correspondence records, provide timely solutions to client problems and assist in developing marketing materials and sales strategies.


  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction

  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met

  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience and inspire repeat business from clients

  • Project manage implementation of Motis Grow Employee Development Platform

  • Liaise with different internal teams about client queries

  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes

  • Ensure our customers receive an exceptional client experience

  • Maintain client focused working environment

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.

  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns


  • 5+ years experience in customer facing roles

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

  • Demonstrates strong analytical thinking skills

  • Possesses strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience

  • Social sciences, humanities, or business degree or related qualification

  • Project management certificate or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a startup or small team environment
